Our Communications team look after media enquiries such as interviews, filming, photography and press releases, influencer visits and commercial filming enquiries. The team is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Influencers

If you would like to enquire about a gifted visit, please email us at mediarelations@marwell.org.uk with your media pack and links to your social media channels and blogs.

We appreciate your interest in Marwell and enjoy working with content creators. However, we receive a high volume of enquiries, so we regret that we cannot guarantee all requests will be successful.

As a charity, we are unable to provide paid-for zoo visits, complimentary food, or physical products.

Photography and Filming at Marwell

We welcome non-commercial photography and filming by our visitors. Please tag us and use #MarwellZoo so we can re-share your content across Marwell’s social media channels. Check out our Marwell Flickr group and Annual Calendar Competition.

We kindly ask that all guests respect others’ privacy and avoid filming or photographing anyone without their consent. For guests under the age of 18, consent must be given by a parent or guardian. For the welfare of our animals, we ask that flash photography is not used when capturing images of them.

Additionally, items such as reflectors, light boxes, large tripods or any other equipment that may cause disturbance to our animals or guests are not to be used without prior agreement by our Communications team.

Photography must be for personal use only. Personal use excludes selling or distributing images or video in any form, whether electronic or print.

Strictly no drone filming can be carried out above the zoo and surrounding land owned by Marwell Wildlife.

Commercial 

If you would like to capture photography or film at Marwell for commercial use, please complete our Filming Request Form and we’ll be in touch with availability and fees. Students should also enquire through the form.
